A new version of ALTER-Net's Nature and Biodiversity News & Views website has been launched as part of the UK's annual National Science and Engineering Week. The new version has a smart new look, a wider selection of topics and graphical display of user input.
News and Views presents a series of short topical articles on nature and biodiversity. Each topic contains links to further reading. Linked to each topic, are multiple choice questions. Users can express their views by answering these questions or by writing a free text comment. They can also see how other people have answered the questions and read other people’s views.
All the articles featured on News and Views have either been written by expert ALTER-Net scientists, or have been checked by an expert. The topic currently on News and Views are:
