The 7th Conference of the Ecosystem Services Partnership (ESP): “Local action for the common good", will be held in Costa Rica 8-12 September 2014. In addition to the ESP working group sessions, the conference will present examples of Ecosystem Services practices in Community Based Ecosystem Management from several EU funded projects in the region.
The local organiser is Fundacion Neotropica in collaboration with CATIE, Universidad Nacional and IUCN-CEM Meso-America.

Important deadlines
1 March 2014: Submission of workshop, special session and open topic ideas. Workshop and session topic suggestions can be sent to: [email protected]
1 May 2014: Submission of presentation and poster abstracts (the abstract submission process will start mid-February)
1 July 2014: ‘Early bird' registration (15% discount) (Registration will start beginning of March)
