The café will be held live on November 20th from 19:00 - 20:30 CET. This cafe will feature both civil society organizations and researchers as panelists discussing how the different values, social, cultural, ecological and economic, given to nature could be successfully integrated into policy. We hope to create a cozy environment and lively discussion that could help us understand what disagreements exist in integrating the different values and find conclusions and solutions on how to overcome them. The event is online and free, but requires registration for Zoom via this link: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_hSiGXiIRTeepGcTUQ3eszQ
As an attendee you may participate in the various polls and write questions to the panelists with the Q&A functions. Your input and fresh points-of-view are essential for creating a vibrant science café!
The panelists are:
- Maurice Hoffman (ALTER-Net & INBO)
- Eszter Keleman (ESSRG & IPBES)
- Jouni Nissinen (EEB & FANC)
- Marina von Weissenberg (IUCN & MoE of Finland)
The host of the event is Allan Watt (CEH & EKLIPSE).
Please also mark yourself as attending on the Facebook-page ( http://bit.ly/2h0sgkU ) to be regularly updated about news on panelists, polls and other related matters.
