The annual meeting of the Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG) will be held in New Orleans, October 17-21, 2011. This year the conference theme is "Digitization Methods, Technologies, and Standards for Biodiversity Collections". The Call for Abstracts is now available for contributed papers, symposia, posters, computer demos and lightning talks.The deadline for submission is September 9, 2011.
Registration for the conference is also open (http://www.regonline.com/tdwg2011). Early registration, which attracts a $50 discount, closes August 15th.
